On April 15, 2014, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Hunan Province called up all Chinese experts of Hunan province and Marches  environmental protection cooperation committee of experts and had the first meeting .Zhang Zaifeng, the provincial deputy inspector,  presided over t the  meeting and the other 10 experts named Wu Xiaofu ,Chai Liyuan who came from different fields of environmental protection . the director of the financial planning division (international cooperation), technological industry division also attended the meeting.

　　 It is significant to establish an expert committee about environmental protection cooperation between Hunan province and Italian Marches.The main responsibility is that how to improve the environmental protection laws regulations, policies,and standards, improve the technological level of pollution prevention and researched the new environmental protection projects and communication about production with cooperative research.the Expert committee is composed of 24 experts who12 persons came from china and the rest of them from Italy. Every year, it will hold a joint conference, the content is decided by the project requirements of cooperation.Both sides set down the first conference will be held in Hunan province in June of this year.

　　The host of the Conference announced the list of Chinese members in experts committee and recommend the director committee member, deputy director of committee member, secretary general, deputy secretary general, the participants  widely discussed on organization structure, operation mechanism and the responsibilities of a Sino-Italian joint research direction and research agenda of Chinese expert committee,
