The Marches Government Committee Chairman,Mr.s Mana-si Pina led the environmental protection mission 23 representatives that composed of government,university,enterprise arrived in Hunan from Italy on Oct 14 to 18, 2013. This visiting was the return visiting after the Hunan environmental protection communication mission visited Italy in July, in order to push forward the deep cooperation in the field of environmental protection on both sides.The Minister of Ministry of Land and the Environment,Mr.Mana-ti .The Forestry and Fisheries Minister, Mr. Malte Linney attended together.Italy Consulate in Guangzhou Consul General ,Mr.White snow attended the activity on Apr,15.

The mission was arrived on Apr,14 and jointly held the Hunan -Marche Second Environmental Protection Cooperation on the following day . Hunan Provincial Party Committee ,deputy Secretary of the Governor Dujiahao met with the mission in the evening. They have made the further research for the cooperation in the aspect of economy and trade,culture,education and environmental protection .Meanwhile, They witnessed the signing ceremony of Hunan-Marche Environmental Protection Cooperation Agreement commonly. On Apr16-17, They visited the public facilities like The Changsha Restaurant Kitchen Garbage Disposal Center ,The First Garbage Transfer Processing Field, Huaqiao Sewage Treatment Plant,.and then visited Central South University, Science Environmental , Huashijie Environmental, Kaitian Environmental, New World Science Environmental. Mr.s Mana-si Pina and Mr. Liuraocheng took charge of the dialogue that summarized and shared the achievement at Department of Environment Protection on Apr.18.The Hunan Province Secretary-General of the people's Government ,Daidaojin. Director-general of environmental protection department , Liuraocheng, Director General of the Housing Department ,Jiangyiming. Aliens office director, Xiaoxiangqing accompanied The Governor, Dujiahao attended the signing ceremony.

This environmental protection cooperation was the important part for developing the friend provincial communication and was the first attempt cooperation between two provinces for different countries in the aspect of environmental protection. In March, The Marche Director of Foreign affairs,Trade,Tourism and The Foreign Ministry , Mr. Ramond Osetti visited Hunan Department of Environmental Protection .Since that, The Marche region made several communications with Hunan Department of Environmental Protection through representative institutions in Hunan Province that reached some cooperation intentions on both sides. Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau deputy inspector, Zhangzaifeng, led the team gone to Italy at the invitation of The government of Marche region in the end of July. During this visiting , held the the Hunan -Marche First Environmental Protection Cooperation, inspected the environmental key enterprises ,drafted the letter of intent of strengthening environmental protection between Environmental Protection Department of Hunan Province and The Ministry of land and environment of the Marche region .

This visiting enhanced the understanding ,promoted the friendship each other further. Pushed forward the deep cooperation and communication between government, university, enterprise on both sides. The Governor Dujiahao and The Chairmen Mana-si Pina witnessed the signing ceremony of Hunan-Marche Environmental Protection Cooperation Agreement which signed by Director-general of environmental protection department , Liuraocheng and Minister of the Marche region land environment ,Mr. Mina-ti. Huashijie Environmental Co.ltd and LOCCIONI Co.ltd. Signed the cooperation agreement. Kaitian Environmental and SIMAM signed the cooperation agreement at the same time. According to the agreement , enhancing the environmental protection cooperation between the governments on both sides. Promoting talent ,technology communication,training, pushing the communication and cooperation between enterprises. Meanwhile , preliminarily agreed that actively to promote occasional visits of senior officer, start the discussion of China-Italy environmental experts and technical team and the training for Hunan environmental protection officials in Italy.,Civil exchanges since next year.  Mutual benefit cooperations and project demonstrations would be promoted between environmental enterprises.
