On the afternoon of March 27th, invited by Changsha Environmental Protection College（CEPVC）, Dr. Zhang Jianqi, as a Senior engineer of water bureau in Washington, DC and a Professor of University of Maryland, Baltimore County, gave a lecture entitled “Green Infrastructure / Sponge City” in the college academic hall. Zhang Gong, the director of Solid Waste station of Hunan Environmental Protection Department , Wang Huaigen, vice party secretary of CEPVC and Wang Hongyun, vice president of supervision and guide department of CEPVC, as well as most teachers and students attended the lecture. Prof. Guo Zheng, the director of Scientific Research and Foreign Cooperation Department of CEPVC hosted the lecture.
