The General Director of Hunan provincial environmental protection department,responsible for general administrative management.Mr. Liu Yaochen was born in Oct 1957 in Huarong,Hunan Province, Joined the the Communist Party in Jan 1982, and now is the General Director of Hunan provincial environmental protection department.
